At Home&Oak, we want you to love your space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
